Lower Calf Pain?

I'm 17 and not long I've be walking more and quicker than I usually do. I'd telephone myself moderately helpful, but not a sloth and not a classic runner. The first afternoon the headache be mild and subsided after I rested a while. The 2nd time it last adjectives afternoon and cause me to flabby. The daytime after I could just stride at adjectives! It feel almost approaching a cramp, but its so much worse than regular ones. It feel resembling something be going to pop out the side of my calves! So does anyone hold any opinion what it could be?

I did squats the other day and my knee feel weird..never had any problems next to it before so im kinda worried?
