My Ear is numb!?

When I woke up at twelve noon My gone ear be numb.
And still is. Its for the most part the earlobe. Its be approaching this the undamaged hours of daylight. I can hear fine and I enjoy no cramp.
Also I have a feeling little numbness over the body.

I be drinking beer second darkness and fell asleep on the bed.

I am used to numbness contained by arms after lay on it, but it go afay immediately. But the ear is still numb, What could it be ?

Every so often i get this cramp in the center of my chest?
