My foot has a bump on it from a kick to the elbow?
I be sparring really combat next to my brother surrounded by the backyard and i go to travel see him and my foot hit his elbow rock-hard and this be in the region of a week & a partially ago it's still brushed alittle still but i hold a lump on it on the front of my foot and it still hurt resembling when i put my shoe on it dosent hurt when i stroll could anyone relief me out on what it is resembling if it's swollen it dosen't surface swollen but I don`t know a few days or a week it will dance down except iam going to the doctors when you press on it it hurts i kicked his elbow pretty not easy i diden't be set to to see his elbow only his side of his support close to over the ribs bye his arm pit.
Answers: this other occur to me after a collide (not because i'm a punk or anything..i'm a militaristic artist)... what i typically do is to put rime on it for 10 mins right now after it come about.. it stings similar to hell, because it's cold, but it will at lowest exhaust the swelling.. afterwards, manipulate the nouns and put on some muscle cream (because later it'll be hot, and will somehow cut back the pain).. next i wrap it tightly next to a wrapping and progress to sleep... this won't bring back rid of the headache and swelling the subsequent light of day, but it will at least possible prevent it from getting bigger... and because it hurts to bearing barefooted, i would wear a shoe to work, to support the foot unless it is really a big lump...try not to step for another sparring session until u no longer get the impression the twinge..it take a week or two, for it to finally dance down and for the spasm to stir away...
but if u are seriously worried, budge to the doc for an x-ray .. :]
The lump would be the result of a Haemoatoma this is where on earth a collection of blood occur inside of the tissue surrounded by your foot, primarily close to an internal bruise that will travel down but it can whip a few weeks. Be merciful and try not to play next to it as much as you may want to, when the swelling inside the tissue go down the blood will surpass and the lump will run away.
