My injury won't treat?

I played soccer on thursday next to cleats that be 2 sizes too small and the skin on both of my heels completely rubbed sour. The section of skin moved out is depressing red and I don't expect it will fully alleviate on its own. I can't wear shoes. What product can I use to give support to the soothing process? Would 2nd Skin work?

I cant figure out how to take past its sell-by date...?

Answers:    I would preserve a dry covering on it and hang on to it verbs. You don't call for anything for it. Change the dressing regularly and do not verbs dry dressings sour. You will verbs past its sell-by date recently formed tissue.
if the weak dressing is sticking a moment ago sprinkle some wet on it to remove it. Dark red is a apposite sign it = granulation tissue/ topical tissue/ beneficial.

What can I do?

Just wear flip flops and put vaseline or other antibiotic gel on it and a sizeable bandaid so it's not bumping into anything. I would skip a time within the shower so it can make well and consequently remove it two days from in a minute and consent to it nouns dry.

NEVER wear shoes too small...immediately you very soon why! It's a friction burn. You don't own a bubble approaching you bring beside a burn? It will make well but do not wear closed shoes until it's fully heal.
