My nerves are making me discern weak and they tingle very efficiently....?

similar to when i'm pulling some cellotape it vibrate and stuff afterwards my thumb would get the impression strange. My neck arms and upper hindmost enjoy be nervous.

i own anxiety could it be to do near that?

I took alot of medicine and may have concussion. How long until I can sleep?
