Painful Experience beside ear wax removal?

I have a enormously bleak experience next to impacted ear wax removal. It started near a tight earache and when I go to the hoof it surrounded by clinic they told me i have ear wax buildup. The doctor told me to put some Cerumol drops to verbs it up and step to my relatives doctor to get hold of it syringed out. When I go to return with it syringed it be so tight that i couldn't button it and they stopped and told me to put more of the ear drops and to come support. The earache get worse and I completed up going to ER. They tried syringing it as very well and it be awfully raw, although they did draw from some of it but it wasn't adequate impose i also loss of audible range contained by my moved out ear. The doc referred me to and ENT specialist. When i go to the ENT specialist he tol me he be going to verbs out my ear, and he stuck a metal stick of some sort contained by my ear which be sore and he told me at that point he have to do at the hospital... i really a short time ago want to know what he'll do at the hospital and if anyone else have be through something approaching this
