Plz i really need some help!?

around 6 months ago playing rugby for the conservatory i tattered some ligament i my foot and be told not to do any sport on it for 3 weeks. it heal up and it be ok. yesterday evening i be yacht race and after we have finished it be the exact same spasm within indistinguishable place.(we won the see out of 25 boats so it be somewhat consolation!) but very soon i want to know if in that is any track of invigorating it contained by smaller amount than 3 weeks? any help out or guidance would be great!
