Pulled lower pay for and training for sprint triathalon?

I enjoy be training for a sprint triathalon and yesterday morning at an interval training class me and another human being be supposed to flip over this huge tractor tire. So initally we be "pulling" it up and later during the transition of going into "push" mode (to flip it) i must own relaxed my put money on and pulled my lower put money on. It hurt resembling HECK. I finished my workout (stupid), after I go swimming 500 meters and later did some kick. I iced it just about 3 times yesterday and enjoy be taking a ton of aleve. This morning it be thorny to sit up surrounded by bed and it hurts when i'm sitting within my motor. My problem is.my competition is mid August and I've be doing great building up my serenity and I'm afraid I'm going to lose it if I pocket it too flowing. What is recommended I do? I would still similar to to ride and swim and ideally so some weightlifting. It's going to massacre me to a short time ago totally filch it straightforward. I'm thinking that possibly if i only just do NOTHING for 3 or 4 days, hold on to icing it and taking aleve?

Neck hurts on the right side at the back when i do bench press?
