Shoulder injury...don't know what it is...please aid!?

I asked until that time when it happen but wasn't too specific. It's be in the region of 3 weeks since I injured my shoulder contained by Jiu Jitsu class. I get slammed on it. I wore a sling for 2 days, iced it, rested it. I'm vertebrae to training and lifting weights and everything else but here is one specific motion that I can't do short headache. If I extend my arms out, parallel to the floor, I gain dull pain contained by my moved out shoulder. It hurts if I try to workout doing dips, flys, or if I throw a hook punch. I can move my arm surrounded by any other direction (across the chest, over my team leader, at the back the back) but freshly cannot extend it out lacking twinge. What could the injury possible be? Again, I can do only just give or take a few any freight training or free weightiness exercise, but dips and flys really hurt...I haven't even tried lateral raise grounds I know that'll totally hurt, but I can do a front dumbbell angle a short time ago fine. Some information would be really valuable! Thanks!

Weird pain in foot by toes?

Answers:    I have shoulder surgery 2 yrs ago & I also see patients beside occasional shoulder problems--- it's nil to mess around with- shoulders are complicated & can't be diagnosed over the internet, but it's entirely possible that you own a rotator cuff break, or a glenoid labrum crack. It's also possible that it's smaller quantity severe & you hold bursitis (inflammation of the bursa/ capusle contained by the shoulder). You obligation to see an orthopedist. You should bring an Xray, possibly an MRI, and for in a minute, DO NOT workout- no weights, no maritial arts- until you know what it is (no inevitability to variety a small slash worse if that's what it is). Do some cardio, but that's it.
Good luck

Is it a hairline fracture?

I reckon you probably enjoy some torn ligament. If it is it will never be impossible to tell apart again even if you don't perceive cramp. I own it on my shoulder. There is some position that when I move the joint will be dislocated. It does not hurt anymore but I can't move to that position. The doctor said I entail central surgery for correction, I chose to skip it.
