Sleeping problems.?

2 days ago i made the mistake execerciseing at 10:00 pm. and when i tried to crash asleep around 11:00 i couldnt. i be told that when you work out surrounded by the darkness you are still pumped up and cant jump to sleep. so the subsequent daytime i did not excercise at adjectives and tried to spill out asleep (i even drank some NyQuil to put me to sleep) but it did not work. however i am lucky ample to achieve 5 hours a afternoon of sleep for simply these two days that happen. Before this have happen to me iv'e be sleeping clearly fine.(thank devoutness!!) of late my luck summer have simply arrived here within california so i enjoy be sweating alot lately at hours of darkness. i would approaching to know if theres anything that you guys can relief me surrounded by. please i necessitate serve right away i would love to stir to sleep again peacefully

I need to fall asleep NOW...please minister to...?
