Sore fingers surrounded by the morning?

I hold chutzpah wrong surrounded by my right arm. I be electrocuted surrounded by December. Most of the problems are gone though, and I can totally move my foot. (a beyond measure improvement). But lately my fingers enjoy be sore and stiff contained by the morning when I rouse up. Its for both hand, so I don't know if I'm clenching my fists when I sleep, or if its related. Sometimes I also rouse up and my right appendage is tingling, but that happen when awake too. It doesn't bother me adequate to bring back addicted to pills, so I'm polite on that. Just wonder if anyone have any thinking or suggestions.

Answers:    I'd verbalize to a doctor just about that. He'd probably know how to explain it.
