Spinal condition?

For former times year or possibly more, i hold four...nobs that stick out farther later the rest within my spine. Usually they are dark next the rest of my skin, resembling four brown spots. when i sit within a stool it hurts and they grind against the stool. Yesterday i be on a ride where on earth it moved you around profoundly against your pay for. When i get home i lift up my shirt because my support be hurting, and i have four huge red welt-almost looking things. It hurts scantily approaching a bruise in a minute, but the red things are gone. I dont know exactly what to do?
