Sternum throbbing??

I enjoy aching contained by my sternum [dull] and parts of the not here side of my chest.
adjectives are dull pains, seem to hurt more when I press on my sternum
and also the rest of my ribs give the impression of being to be for a time tender.
I am 19 years antediluvian, feminine, smoker of two years
devour pretty thriving, but enjoy thrown up a couple night
after consumption postponed and notion a bit sick, I don't know
if that have anything to do beside it
I appear to bring spouts of sour indigestion once an awhile
for more or less a week or so, it act up and afterwards I am fine
also, I do not really exercise
but otherwise I'm a pretty good soul

any impression whats wrong beside me?
and what is cause the aching?
and what I can do to stop it?

Answers:    more than imagined you own strained the muscles contained by you chest. typically happen when you cough to much or own alot of vomiting. the affliction should travel away of late wants time to make well. as far as the bitter indigestion the best recommend i can impart to to see what drink and drink. also indigestion can also deed up when you are within stressful situation.
