Working contained by the Hospital?? Please Help?

I used to work for a division of the hospital different location but have to quit. Please anyone else who works within the hospital can grant me a premed student some guidance on how to return with subsidise surrounded by? I own be waiting forever. And I want to be a doctor sooner or later.
