Ok, i have decided to loose my excess fat and i inevitability help. I have been threw alot contained by the past year and i need to lose 40 lbs max but i really dont no how. I am really trying to loose it but i can not afford any excersise machines or doest products... Please post ways to help not joke or anything please. : )

Start jogging/running everyday for 45 minutes. Quit eating snacks and sodas. Drink only water, and devour fruit for snacks. Have your parents buy you lean cuisine dinners. Don't run for just the 45 minutes in the morning, do it at night as powerfully. Don't forget to do pushups every morning, as well as sit ups.

hi, i grant my sympathy i am over weight and i find it hard to lose any partly due to a alarming metabolism but also i eat too late at night. if you want to lose shipment i suggest cardio vascular excercise this could be rowing, cycling or running or swimming. however if you want to put on muscle too then i suggest isometircs this is the excercise that bruce lee did and he only worked out 15 mins a day. isometrics is deeply doing muscle excercises constanly instead of reps where you only work the muscle when you lift the freight etc. i would stay away from any suppliments or weight loss pills it just aint worth it. personally i am a militaristic artist and i am addicted to it, it has helped me stay fit (but not thin) and strengthen my core muscles. also it has help me be a better person and helped me see nature for how amazing it is and gross me better moraly and im only 15. so i would recommend a martial art twice a week, swimming every other day and running once a week. also devour protein rich foods (not suppliments :(a)) and dont eat late at night.
