Ways to over come sexual urges?
Okay so i'm 22 year old male and I have never masturbated even though not a soul ever believes me.
The problem i'm having is lately my sexual drive has been running frenzied and i'm not having sex, it's getting to the point where i wake up next to a major boner or i'm having trouble sleeping due to boner.
Kinda embarrassing discussion about this but meh rather do that here then surrounded by person with someone. Anyways are there ways around it, I can't suggest of a way to tame these urges and the only drive i never masturbated is because I feel like it's shameful for me to do that for some odd defence
