What can I do for ejaculation cramps, so it feel?
I am a 14 year old male, and I am very helpful. I have been ejaculating (masturbation, showery dreams, etc.) and have had like a gas cramp for almost 10-15 minutes after. I have tried not masturbating for an extended period of time to see if this will heal by itself. However, when I enjoy wet dreams, I have the same misery when I'm sleeping or awake right after. The pain is right below my ribs in my stomach area. Like I said, it feel like a gas cramp, but I don't know if it could be a muscle from my body contracting after the ejaculation or what. Somebody please get back to me, and make clear to me what it could be. As well as, what I can do for it. Thank you for everything and your response will be greatly appreciated.
