Best Answer: I think you'd have to wish the advice of a physician rather than people on YA on that one. Aside from expensive cosmetic surgeries to leisurely turn it into a semblance of female genitalia, you can't get rid of it. Even taking hormones, i.e. estrogen, will not shrink the size of your penis. That being said, I can't see in your mind`s eye the emotional conflicts you feel and the struggles life have brought you as a transgendered person. Best of luck! I hope you're able to find a way to be jubilant in your body, even if it means you have to alter it to do so.

Ok so how old are you? My father isbtransgendered and the single way to get rid of it (or make it smaller) really is to hold surgery. If you are under 18 you would probably have to at least parental consent But I HIGHLY doubt a doctor would do it for you at that age You hold to take several surveys and have a note from a consultant that can diagnose that you are transgender and truly want to go through with the operation It is a traumatic one.
