Average echelon for 18 going 19 Asian manly?
I'm only 5'7. It's embarassing because I feel so short. Some guys in my section are over 5'10. Is it from working out too much? Does milk even help?

Best Answer: Well, if you're 18 going on 19, it may not be too late for you. I'm asian as well, 19 going on 20 and womanly and while some people may say that everyone stops growing by 18 (girls stopping faster), there are still exceptions. I remember measure myself on my 18th birthday because I thought that was as tall as I was going to procure. I was 5' 1". Now, I am 5'3 1/8" in the morning and 5'2 1/8" in the evening. I don't remember when I measured myself on my 18th birthday but any way, I had a growth spurt of at least 1 1/8 inch, which is a big buy and sell to me. Still hoping for the female average 5'4". I just hope the average doesn't raise beforehand I get there. Milk does help but don't forget to gain your protein and eat your greens (Broccoli and Kale especially). Keeping good posture and getting lots of sleep helps as powerfully. Working out too much might cause your body to focus on repairing itself rather than growing so that might have be apart of the issue but I don't think you should give up. If possible, keep exercise individual to the necessities. Exercise is good but tearing your body up is another thing entirely. I'd utter to take it easy if possible. You could also be a unsettled bloomer. I remember how my grandma told me that my dad was a shrimp all throughout his highschool (like my height) until he was close to 25 and then he had his big growth spurt. Hope this helped.
