Best Answer: Full body exercises decrease fat better than running because it works more muscles. I would recommend pushups, benching, pullups, situps, running, and if possible an isolation exercise for your pecks. Make sure to eat something near protein after your workout. edit: forgot to mention squats or just bodyweight squats if you dont have a pub for regular squats. And don't forget to work your biceps, triceps, and other important muscles.
