Over the past 3 weeks I been noticing bright red blood on toilet rag after I finish a bowel movment. Im starting to get a little concerned I been doing alot of reading and come up with hemmoroids..but then again I do take a stool softner and its still in attendance. OK, relax. There may be a very simple explanation here. The ring of muscles that form the anus are fed by blood vessels. Sometimes when you strain too strong you can rupture some of these vessels. It is not normally a serious medical issue and often heal itself in a short time. If it continues however, see your doctor. But do not try to strain so much. I had a similar problem once and my doctor told me like peas in a pod thing. The bleeding was minor and is it red. It will just ooze instead of spurt approaching from an artery. Fortunately there are no arteries in that area. Hemorrhoids can bleed within this area for the same reason. If you own them just take a stool softener instead of straining so much. The bleeding is likely solely a temporary thing. Hope this helps.

If stool softeners aren't working for you, you may need a small surgery for hemorrhoids ( if it actually is a hemorrhoid). Your diet may be the cause. Stool softeners are an artificial and transient remedy, but not the best one. Bulk and fiber are the best natural stool softeners, and help with luxury of defecation. I find that bran cereal, oatmeal, and more fresh fruits and veggies help enormously. If this doesn't help, later perhaps you need to see a doctor.
