How much weights should I pull?
Hello, My name is Ishaan. I am 14yrs. I have an adjustable dumbbell set. 5 lbs to 40 lbs. I would like to know how much weights should I hoist.
I currently can do 25 lbs at 11 reps in one hand. Is that good? and also do other exercises. I do 40 reps of shrugs near 35lb. So how much?
I can do 25lbs with 16 reps now.

You should do how many or how much YOU can do...Just because there is maybe another 14 yr aged out there who can curl 60 lbs doesn't mean you should try. Your gonna hurt yourself then you wont be capable of do half of what you do now. Just do what your body can handle and headache is your resource to tell you if something is wrong.
