And When I Think About It I Get Scared And My Chest Starts To Tighten Around My Chest...
I Want To Know If This Is Because Of The Anxiety

you need to go see your dr rted taking yoga classes at my YMCA [odd, but it helped!], I started reading books, I started renting lots of movies I'd be wanting to see forever, I started rock climbing, running, and things like that.
