I'm a skinny kid and i'm pretty colourless. Any tips on how to take a more muscular body lacking using weights?
I want to work on pecs, abs, and biceps but i don't have acess to weights or machines
Best Answer: IF you don't want to use weights and machines, you could always do push-ups (biceps), sit-ups (abs, and surprisingly, pecs), and crunches (abs). You might need to do lots and lots of them, but they're terribly effective. OR substitute weights with attainable materials, like perchance fill up a two liter bottle with sand or something and use that as weights. When working out though, don't rush it or you'll hurt yourself. Build up on your routine. For example, if one day, you did 5 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, and 15 crunches. The subsequent day, do 6 push-ups, 11 sit-ups, and 16 crunches. Then the next, do 7 push-ups...you get the picture. Because if you're pretty watery, you don't want to strain yourself, so start with what you can and add up to it every day. Remember, a muscular body will run time.
