Well Im 15 and have a tight foreskin.
I've been pulling my forskin back as far as it will step for a while now, to stretch it, and I have seen improvements.
Now I'm at the stage where on earth my foreskin is able to just slip back over the glans, but not relatively stretchy enough to easily slide back over.
I would see in your mind`s eye that pulling it back as far as I can would have little or no effect now, as nearby would be no actual stretching involved.
