I'm almost 6ft tall, I have a 30 inch waist, and I'm 16, bout to be 17.
I don't want to be Mr. Universe or anything, I just want to hold some physique. My chest has no meat, it's just skin, then bone. I've get abs, but they barely meet my rib cage, it go straight from muscle to bone.
I don't have a very wide chest. I don't want a big one, I only want a strong one.
I'm a runner, I run distance and sprint, so I have the physique in my legs. It's just, I want to know how to fight if I ever need to. And I want to keep my speed within running...

Best Answer: Lift some damn weights man and eat alot of protein you'd be surprised how much mass you can pack on from lifting everyday. move up a different muscle group every day and do high reps so you build toned muscle since you are trying to avoid becoming bulky. just start lifting thats the one and only way to do it.
