Is it better to do a hard workout every 2-3 days or moderate workouts everyday? A hard workout being working until you almost cant or a moderate workout individual working each muscle group your working a decent amount, until you start to feel a burn Im looking to build mass and size
Best Answer: you call for both. Do a hard workout every couple of days, and then between those you can do moderate workouts so that you can recover but also verbs to build muscle. Mix that with a healthy diet and you are looking really healthy.

That would depend on your goal. If your looking to build more mass and size then a hard workout every three days. Then if you want to build alot of strength and muscle definition then use the moderate workout everyday, i would recommend the moderate everyday. As a gymnast i believe you bring back alot more out of you time by training every day.
