I'm 13 and my biceps are...well..weak. And it's sometimesvery embarrassing when i find beat up, in front of girls. What can i do. I mean i workout and do close to 15 push ups a day but i can't seem to get stronger. And I'm category of really skinny and weigh 95 pounds...Do i have like a muscle disorder?

I'm 13 too, i'm in the middle, i'm not super strong or super unsubstantiated. Since 13 is too young of an age to lift I suggest you do some exercises that involve the arms. I also think that you should get through healthy.
