Is this puberty or a short time ago parnoid?
My sister has telling me everything all my moodswings is puberty but idk close to yesterday i had a big fit we were going to the beach and we be making sandwiches and she was tossing my sandwich up and down in the ziplock rucksack and a little mustard spilled and so I HAD THE BIGGEST BREAKDOWN so i threw away my sandwich and started cussing everyone out. Is that puberty or problems?

I wouldn't worry all that much nearly it. Sometimes stuff builds up (even subconsciously) and all it takes is some little thing to set u sour.
