I hold a belly, manboobs and want to lose it. Im 17, back anyone?
I am not hugely over weight, but enough to make me stop and consider something HAS to be done. I want to lose weight and tone up. Get toned, maybe a 6 pack, but I don't know where to start. I enjoy a gym membership, but what should i do there? and what should i eat? Slim nippy? Protein shakes? Im so lost, and just want to shed the pounds and get toned up. Thanks for any help :)

well you diet should be simple if you want to lose counterweight, 3 meals a day and nothing else. if you want to tone up you want to do weights but you will own to do lots of cardio. You will need protein shakes i would suggest WHEY protein. You are ahead of the game if U own a gym membership. Exercise there. Treadmill, all that stuff. U R 17, so that mode U have entered puberty, so U can do weight training, too. Do adjectives of it, everyday for some exercises. Talk to a trainer. U don't have to hire him, just ask. Leave the chips and snacks alone. Eat foods like untreated veggies and fruit and eat 3 solid meals a day since U R still growing. No nippy foods. Popcorn is a good snack. No sodas, not even diet.
