A question about voice breaking?

Im 14, manly and my voice is within the middle rotten breaking. Am i hasty or belatedly? Also when your voice breaks is that when you receive your adams apple?

Is it possible to eat a lot and but be in shape?

same as me, although my voice have pretty much finished breaking my voice broke when i be around that age

and the adams apple not sure earliest memory of mine be when i be 15
