Does Human Growth Hormone Increase the size of the Penis?!?

Well, I'm 13 and the doctor's prescribing Human Growth Hormone because of my stature and because I'm underprovided the HGH I should own. He's a specialized Doctor surrounded by that type of work, I forget what here call. But I be curious if it would increase the size of my penis also because I'm still prepubescent. Thanks. =)
