You don't other see a hernia, it depends how big it is. If you cough or strain it might return with a bit bigger and you could consistency it more after. It doesn't usually hurt any unless it get strangulated. Best to own it checked though surrounded by luggage it is something else similar to a swollen gland. Good luck.
