How can I build my leg muscles and size in need weights?

I'm a skinny guy near chicken legs, but I build muscle relatively smoothly. Lately, I haven't have any access to weights or a gym. I be wondering if there's another alternative to building my legs close to: barn dance, sports, calisthenics, etc. I also enjoy hear that doing such things, save for using weights, can minister to much more for building legs. Can anyone tag on their two cents, please?

Answers:    Weights really abet seriously for legs. Bodyweight upper body exercises are pretty clothed (pullups for back/biceps, pushups for chest/tris, handstand pushups for shoulders) because body consignment is a event bit for your upper body, but its not greatly of consignment for your lower body. Nothing will be as angelic as weights.

My best suggestion would be to focus on one leg at a time. Lunges and one-legged squats.

You could trade name some weights too. A couple of generous containers full of sea are pretty unwieldy.

The biggest overall leg muscle builder I know of is the squat. In the non-attendance of weights, you could try calculation solidity using other vehicle (i.e.: Prop your girlfriend on your shoulders and do squats that way).

Of course, joining a gym and using proper equipment would be a safer alternative.
