How can I generate my body better (I'm underweight)?

I'm 15 years antediluvian (turned 15 surrounded by April) and I want to build my body look better. Maybe draw from a 4pack or a 6pack. I'm currently underweight for my stage, but I'm not drastically underweight. I'm 10Stone 9Pounds (not sure what to be precise for Americans) and 6foot 4. So what do I obligation to do to receive my consignment up more and to catch a better body? I can't jump to the Gym because I own conservatory afterwards work and by the time I own finished my local one is closed. So preferably home stuff would be better. (I work full-time at Saturdays and Sundays they are shut). What sort of foods should I munch through, and avoid (yet still increase my mass?)
