Im 14 and traning, will this stop my growth?
im traning, and i do mass work, cardio, and dieting,
dieting is solitary un till summer so in the order of 4 weeks, eatin round in the order of 1200-1600 calories,
weights i do beside cargo that i can conduct operations 10-12 reps contained by,
i hear if you can o above 6 reps your ok.. but not sure
if anyone can confirm, can this dull my overall echelon?
Answers: it's a myth that working out stunts growth
within some cases working out every in a minute and next can serve promote growth but unambiguously overdoing it,anything age, could net you injure yourself
working out at anytime is gonna be obedient for you, but approaching the first post said you are still alittle babyish, i woulnt do to much intense stuff, lifting weights and adjectives is fine but dont push yourself to much untill you seize abit elder. you probably shouldn't hoist weights, or do doesn`t matter what you're doing, when you are 14. style too babyish. you are still growing, still developing, and should dawdle to do what you want to.
No not at adjectives, guys can start lifting around eighth echelon or when they start getting pimples on their shoulders and stern. Either of these two give the ok to start lifting minus any spoil
