I've hear of associates say-so they own little dots on their foreskin though...I ponder it's everyday. If it's not an STD next it's probably zilch to verbs more or less. Could be Pearly Penile Papules but I THink they are on the rim. i've hear of other's who hold these, too. probably newly smeg from the foreskin; try some soap and sea and see if they'll purify sour.
