Minimal Bicep Ache the Day After Workout, Why?

Here's my current (one day/week) bicep routine:

A - 3 sets 60 lb hotel, 5-8 reps
B- 3 sets 35lb dumbbells, 5-8 reps
C- 3 sets 90 lb preacher curls, 5-8 reps
D- 3 sets 100lb rows, 5-8 reps

I'll do this for 3-4 weeks until i work up to 8 reps and afterwards I'll increase the counterweight.

I a short time ago finished a 6 rep morning yesterday and be aware of VERY minimal/zero sore surrounded by the biceps this morning. Can anyone hand over me some reasoning?

Answers:    resourcefully you consistency minimal hurting because your building muscle memory (learned that surrounded by central training surrounded by the army) and your body is pretty much scoff at you in a minute...immediately i'm not recommend doing as much as your body can nick at once because specifically of late stupid...increase the weights by 1.5 and increase the reps so your doing at smallest ten at a time (per set other rotate them to keep hold of from tear a muscle) wearing down your muscle is why your muscles twinge.but yeah if your not hurting and want to (don't know why but ehh) increase contained by increments until you perceive the burn you want to

you should work out your unharmed body not merely the bicep - push your body to the restrain - conceivably its time you increase the amount of counterweight you do more frequent.put as much immensity you deliberate you can hold and try do 5 - 8 reps do smaller amount weightiness and try more reps also try doing this workout more regularly (2-3 times a week)
