guys my rite arm's bisep nd tricep are a bit larger than my gone arm bisep nd tricep. also da rite arm's bicep nd tricep get incredibly pumped up during workout but their z little convert surrounded by my departed arm.
i apply same shipment to both arms. i.e 3 kg
wht shuld i do to form both look alike? Or z it average for both arms to b a bit different?
