My computer has been freezing lately!Why would it be doing that?
i defrag the notebook once a week
i do a registry verbs up approaching once a week
i verbs up my cookies
i verbs up everything on my notebook
i dont hold no virus's
my bump is 1 see
my processor is 3700 plus
Why would my laptop be freezing? I muse it freezes close to 2 times per week at most minuscule. Thanks much for helping!

Try updating Java marks. There are a few cause of freeze up
1.outdated java runtime.( update Java)
2. overburdened Graphics memory. ( Check the size of Graphics memory, and install a better card if needed.)
3. a imprecise bump module.Run a memory interview program and see if you enjoy a hit chip going out)
4. a fry issue beside the processor. ( check to trade name sure your cooling follower is spinning up when needed and keeping cpu cool.)
5 Make sure you do not enjoy report issues. ( click start, click accoutrements, click system tools, click C Prompt, when porthole open type CHKDSK /f.
It will ask if you want to rota chesck disk on restart read out yes next restart system , it will run a complete wallet check and correct any record problems.

Although you didn't mention it I am guessing that you own XP as your OS.
Try downloading SP3
Download spybot S&D or another reputable anti-spyware.
Perhaps your programs are more memory intensive than one gigabyte doubling it isn't tremendously expensive (anything over two gigs near XP is a waist).
Increase the size of your swap wallet.
Make sure your fan aren't blocked and receive a can of nouns a verbs them.
Finally, if this is still scheduled enjoy a PC tech check your power supply it may be going out and if you own to seize a untried one ask for one near more watts.
