Pain in deltoid region when doing lateral raises and bench press?

I've started have a sharp torment within the deltoid region of my right arm, almost where on earth the deltoid and bicep muscles congregate. It mostly hurts when I do bench press or lateral raise. The first few sets of bench hurt the most (pain a 6 on 1-10 scale), but after a few sets, the throbbing is almost unnoticable (2 on a 1-10 scale). Can anyone make available me an hypothesis of what type of injury I own?

I need help! is this common!!?!?

Answers:    from the sounds of things you might be putting too much of your shoulders into your bench, putting pressure on the deltoid, try to fine-tuning your bench up some, if that doesn't work appropriate a few days past its sell-by date because the muscle might be strained. stretch recurrently and if you beyond doubt own to do some working out do some push ups, this should workout any soreness and backing build the cog to be precise injured. You could also own a strained bicep, essentially RICE(raise, rime, compress, elevate) 20 mins on 20 mins bad for an hour. Shoudl help out out. If that doesn't work you may want to progress see a doctor.
