Peeing problem?

hey guys, afford me some advices.
sometimes when i pee, it make me hurt on element of right side of stomach ( something approaching sucking inside) and when i hold it a bit bit afterwards it calm down bit by bit. its single for sometimes(once for a while).
i dont know what's wrong
