What stunts growth at a childish age? (14 years old)?
im short i really want to grow adjectives my freinds are taller than me. my parents are short too =( please designation adjectives te things you can and also please write things that can facilitate my growth. thank you!
Answers: Well, I'm pretty sure I stunted my own growth around age 14 by not ingestion properly. I become anorexic at 14 and lived on diet coke, carrot sticks and rice cake. I completed up the shortest girl within my relations near larger than average hand and foot. I'll never know if I did it to myself or not, but I consider as long as you give somebody a lift concern of yourself, munch through right and take plenty of exercise, you'll stop up exactly as your genes are programed to sort you. :).
Having a piano tip out lying on you will stun your growth ! Just dont elevate any weights till your done near puberty.
