What's a good excersise to lose mass in my legs?
I can't run, I enjoy a medical problem. But what would be a honest excersise to lose rotund tissue contained by my legs, especialy around my thighs, I'm don't hold a life-size torso, freshly huge upper legs. This sounds so stupid, but could you aid?
