Whats the better exercise for.?

btw I'm going to be doing adjectives of these exercises, but I'd similar to to know which is better, so I would focus more on it

for pressing strength- weighted dips or bench press

for pulling strength- weighted verbs up/chin up or bent over barbell rows

for leg strength-squats or leg press

for overall strength- squats or deadlifts

How can i gain height?

Depends seriously on your grips,intensity smooth & form for any, but contained by nonspecific the bench press will procure you more strength & build more muscle mass

Those are really two different kind of pulling. One is horizontal plane pulling & the other is vertical. You should strive to be strong surrounded by both planes of movement so I don't have a sneaking suspicion that this is an either/or result.
