Wieght prob.?

ok im 14 im 5"11 muscles hoist wieghts everyday i wiegh 250lb but, i dont look that corpulent.. this kid at my academy he's close to twice as big at me... u can see that he's chubby cuz his belly sticks out similar to a foot or somthin ancient him and he sais he wieghs 230lb... i where on earth m-xl shirts... idk.. what should i be doing i run every time to newly lose some amount wieght.. but i dont vigilance in the region of how i look because i dont really own a big belly... lol, ty for the backing

Answers:    Cut your carbs down to 1 a sunshine. Examples of carbs are bread, pasta, chips, potatoes... And no second-hand goods food. The substance will newly drop bad if you do this! :-)

the root you're sturdy and not big is because of the bulk lifting. muscle is heavier than excess weight, and because you build up muscle instead of round, you're heavier... i don't see why it should be a problem...
