How do I tilt my self confidence?
Hi,
Im a 14 year old and people always articulate to be "why do u put yourself down?" and other things along those lines. I don't have much confidence in nearly everything I do. To be honest I don't think that I can do much, if I am playing a team game im am always the rubbish one and things like that.
please help as this is really getting me down.

Best Answer: Well im within a similiar situation as you but have no one to confind to because im suffereing personal issues that i haven't solved yet .Im instinctively a timid person and dont believe im good enough for others or myself , i surface people cannot accept me for who i am and i carry unhealed scar from various times in my life . Try setting bright goals for yourself and "yeah" you might not complete them but in time you will.
Answer: Let me tell you, I have the same problem. I don't know how to stop it, I muse there might be something that just isn't making you happy.. Find something you're right at. But, I know how hard this can be, since I still haven't conquered that stage yet. So this might not be very willing to help, but still, you're not alone.

hello, can you overdose on antidepressants? is it possible, and how lots pills would it appropriate to do so?
just wondering.. how many antidepressants would it take to murder you, how many to just knock you out for a couple hours? Why would you want to know? Perhaps you need to re-evaluate your treatment plans.
