do you surmise i suffer from social anxiety?
well, i never want to hangout with people out of college.
i can not get motivated to do it.. i ALWAYS come up with an excuse to not go or do doesn`t matter what.
thinking about it i'm always like 'oh yah i want to do that!'
but when the time comes i'd fairly stay home and be bymyself.
i am taking prozac for my anxiety.. and i'm 15, female.
i want to have a normal teen time! do you think if i make myself go to adjectives the places that i will just get used to it?
Best Answer: Prozac is for depression and won't help anxeity. Well it sounds close to you've got a problem socializing right now. But people next to social anxiety have an intense fear of being contained by public and feel trapped when the are in that situation. Its a pretty serious thing and I don't muse the problem is that intense for you, but its hard to tell from what you wrote. All can say is if you own full blown social anxiety you would know it.

Firstly, get stale the medication. Not only are you way too young to be taking Prozac but for problems such as anxiety its adjectives about you! Its about controlling (or trying) to control your thought process, its about trying to ruminate and stay positive and believe in yourself. The medication will only solve your problem on a temporary starting place, is it perhaps not worth trying to fight and and aim to resolve such issues in direct to enjoy the rest of your life?? I have suffered for anxiety for oodles years, panic attacks often. I suggest, you speak to someone, doctor, nurse or try group therapy probably.
