Don't know what to do..?

I am 19 years old and i'm enrolled in a community college presently. I'm starting in the fall. I've been thinking over and over again what I'd close to to do but I can't find something that'd i'd be happy doing. I'm scared to start and then wasting thousands of dollars, one in debt, ending up in a work that I hate, stress, and overall being unhappy beside life. All of this worrying is just adding to my depression. My thoughts are terrifying to me now. I know alot of answers will be, "well you'll never know if you don't try" but I have a pretty honourable idea of how I am. I basically failed institution my whole life cause I couldn't stay motivated and such, later I got a GED and I want to try and go to college so I can find a job i'd love and not want to quit after a week. What's some counsel?
Best Answer: A pretty large percentage of college kids don't even have a clue what they're majoring in until the failure of sophomore year or middle of junior year, and college kids change their majors an average of 3 or 4 times while they're in college. It's not uncommon, and you don't call for to be so stressed about it. Keep focusing on your schoolwork and making good grades, and you'll probably eventually find something you're really interested in. You can't maintain talking yourself out of careers, though. If you think up the cynical sides of every single career and don't choose one because of that, you're just screwing yourself. You requirement to understand and accept that every single job is going to own its ups and downs, and you're going to have to live with the downs if you're going to do anything. Look at it this way: a occupation is better than a minimum wage job. It's not really wise to simply not do well contained by school because you don't feel motivated. You could have a depression issue; I plan, most college kids do, but if you don't feel motivated in ANYTHING, you might want to get it checked out. If you're other depressed, you're never going to think anything's worth it, or even if you do you're not going to feel well plenty to get up and do something. I've got a pretty huge problem with what I'm doing. I haven't even so passed one college chem class, and I'm going into microbiology research. Research requires presentations, requests for grants, and networking. I've got no social skills, similar to, at all. I feel nervous around anyone I don't know; I can't find up in front of people because the nerves are so terrible; I don't know at adjectives what I'm going to do about it. I do know that I'm going to have to work through all that, though, because I love microbiology. I contemplate it's cool, interesting, pays well, and it's going to be worth it, in my opinion. I'm going to run into society I hate, people who don't work or get anything done, ethnic group who are controlling and think they're better than everyone else. I'd run into those types of people anywhere else. Just gotta get over it. What are YOU interested within? Find what you love the most, and look into it a little more. Don't focus on the negativity in choosing a career; focus on how much you would soak up the exposure to whatever you're interested in.

If you're unsuspecting you can postpone college but the community colleges aren't all that difficult and they're only for two years. You can postpone it though, it you're sure you can't handle it. Many students enter the Armed Forces after lofty school and find they are more mature and ready to frontage the challenges of college after 2-3 years of active duty in the military. Good luck to you.

Many state side MP's are getting PTSD very...

i know how u feel. i'm elder than u but now i can't get a good employment bc of the economy. and i didn't know what to do when i went to colllege for sure so i got a comm central and then after i got out of college unless u have a nouns its hard to get a job. but i would utter to take one step at a time. take some classes that ur interested in and later eventually i think u'll figure out what u want to do. then u choose a chief and just focus on graduating first. ur lucky bc u have time so the cutback should be better by the time u graduate. don't worry about hating the livelihood u have some day. its so far away. just lift some classes and i don't think u have to decide your principal right away. if u want to talk i'm online on aim or yahoo messenger and my screename is TheBTPYoda. just look at what classes ur intersted over the summer and thats the first step. luckily community colleges r much cheaper than regular colleges too.

Is near an irrational thoughts disorder?

Your worries are usually worse than the problem at hand. Life is never going to be smooth and you're never going to be happy. You need to think of what will be most finacially beneficial for you and that you won't hatred doing. Forget about loving what you do. Think of whay will pay off and you won't can`t stand. Financially well off will help you be as ecstatic as you can be. Again, don't think too much about it. That may cause you not to do anyting at adjectives. Remember that even if you have to change career, you can use most of your college credits to persue something else. Put financially beneficial first. Management is virtuous because managers are always needed and you can use it to open a business of your own. Then you hold computer programing and other computer jobs which pay very capably and are stimulating, such as computer animation. Good luck and just jump into something to start it off. From within you will get a better idea of things and will be able to bring in better decissions about things.
