How do i stop my anxiety attacks?
Everyday, 3 times a day i get anxiety attacks at school. I really don't know what's cause it, but all of a sudden i start to feel sick and my heart starts beating nippy. Please help me stop this! i can't take it any longer. i even have to amble out of my classes sometimes to calm myself down. please!

ok I use to get them alot tell your Dc cuz there are meds for it that will backing out. When it happens breath deeply and only consatrate on breathing it help for me. The Dc had me where a heart thing for a week to see what happed and how menny I would attain. Its bad for your hart to have to menny go to your Dc and inform him about it and see if he are she can give you anxiety meds for it PLEASE.
